The Týřov castle. His former significance, material culture and building form.

(in English): This thesis solves the fundamental questions in research on castles and factual example in the form of Týřov. It deals with the history and architectural development of the castle, including a discussion of the origin of architectural traditions, which in previous works considered for the import of French architecture. A substantial part is dealing with the castle in the landscape, where the emphasis is on natural conditions, which give structural form of the castle. Another aspect that has been solved in this work is to establish a castle on the local infrastructure and major traffic junctions, or obstacles (fords, etc.), Including a link to the village maids and raw materials. In the studio castles are often accentuated features of the castle. In addressing this issue we must address its structural form, infrastructure, facilities, raw material and inventory of the castle, which reports on the social status of its inhabitants. The last part is the processing of the selected file material. This process yielded pottery dating the 13th century, which still missing in the region. The processed material is also evidenced by the daily life of the inhabitants of the castle.

The thesis deals with "Methods of Hypsography Representation in Maps" where the goal of the thesis was to describe the methods of hypsography representation from the oldest works of cartography to contemporary representation methods. The individual techniques are described including their history, application and advantages or disadvantages. The thesis also describes the methods of determining hypsography, such as tacheometry or airborne LiDAR.

The target of this work is to present the terrain representation forms and their historical development to readers. The methods are evaluated according to the possibilities of obtaining information about heights.

Analysis methods for displaying terrain relief

The goal of this thesis is to describe the methods of visualization of the terrain relief, ranging from historical ways to current means, which employ software devices. It´s also to gather all available charts for the selected locality and perform an analysis of development of visualization of the terrain relief, which will be based on the collected data. Another goal was to compare the accuracy of the height scripts with the help of designed longitudinal profiles from obtained height script plans, the derived. State map in the scope of 1: 5000 and various map sources. Last at not least to explain the process of creation of the digital terrain model in ArcGIS software ? program.
